COA Renewal Contact/Email for Home Office

Hello everyone,
Can someone advise on renewing the Certificate of Application which is about to be expired in few weeks?I am currently working but my COA would expire in 4weeks.Is there anywhere I could email the Home Office or call them for renewal?How do I go about it pls?Any help would be greatly appreciated.
