Thanks everyone for their time.
Please advise to the right post is you think this question has been previously answered.

I am about to file for my EEA PR. Following are particulars

I am married to EU national and currently hold EEA family permit (residence card)

Moved in together 15.11.2011 (proof available)
Got married 15.01.2012
Application filed for EEA 2 (residence card) 25.02.2012
EEA 2 (residence card) issued 25.03.2013
EEA 2 (residence card) expired 24.03.2018

As our date for living together starts 15.11.2011 (proof available) and
5 years complete on 15.11.2016 in around 2 months time from now...

My question is : What is the earliest date I can file my application ?

15.01.2012 - provided your EEA spouse has been exercising Treaty rights all five years and neither one of you enjoyed prolong absences from the UK during those five years.

Thanks Nimitta, Can we not file on basis of continuous residence together starting from 15.11.2011 ?
EEA spouse has been exercising Treaty rights all this time and have no prolonged absence ?

Afaik it's the later of either marriage or living in the UK with your spouse. So it's the date of your wedding in your case.

As an unmarried partner you would have needed an EFM RC issued on basis of your sponsor.

Without that, count from wedding day until 5th anniversary: Jan 2017;
assuming you married in UK;
also assuming:
no prolonged absences;
sponsor remains a qualified person;
you remain married;
