We give Dna also to home office again they refused my appication and said it is sham marriage . We make Appel . In Appel they asked 7 question .6 match only one wrong .home office soliciter said they already been refused baby born after . Last years there Appel was also dismissed . First turbanal again dismissed our Appel and said we believe they have baby girl together . Have three years bills on both name to many pictures but I m not believe this is real married only this married her husband get resident card . We make again Appel to first turbanal give us permission to Appel upper turbanal .can any body give us advice what we do they hold our passport .we can't make our daughter passport also . Thanks

When is the Upper Tribunal appealing hearing.

They can keep your husband's documents but not yours.

Your wife should request her documents and your should prepare for the appeal.

If you only supplied 3 years of documents, then that won't make you eligible for permanent residency.
