My husband holds a Registration Certificate, and I've been previously issued with a Residence Card based on his registration certificate. Also we did not fill in SECTION 2. And now we're confused what shall we say in 5.6?

The form is poorly-designed and poorly laid out.
It has to apply to a lot of different scenarios.

Suggest state something like: "I obtained my RC as the direct family member dependent of main applicant who is my sponsor".
The caseworker does this every day, she will figure it out. That's why you're paying the £65.
