Hello there,
I need someone advise and suggestion about my case please?
I have done Biometric (for EEA FM RC) on 4 September 2016
and i haven't not received COA yet. It's been more than 21 days gone and no COA received. What should I do to receive my COA? Any advise please?

Someone told me if i don't get it within 21 days then i can call or email HO for COA.
I don't want to take any risk which can affect my case or application. ?

Never heard of that.
Who told you that?
How do they know (by what authority)?

I submitted my EEA FM application on 23 JJUNE and did my biometrics on 9 august 2016.
I called HO countless times, sent emails to the email they provided. When I still didn't receive my COA I contacted my local MP. Finally I got it on 26 September dated 18 august.

One of my friend who applied for eea fm. He didn't received it within 2 weeks and he finally get it after email contact with HO. You can read the another member post as well who explained his matter about coa above.

Thank you for your post dear. It help me to understand the matter of coa. I enrolled my biometric on 4 Sep 2016. Still waitingfor it. I hope i will get it soon around 9 Oct 2016 (after 1 month ) as it seems it takes approximately 1 month in some cases.

Despite the following, when someone actually receives a COA seems to be down to potluck.

In line with regulation 17(3) of the Regulations, on receipt of an application for a Residence Card and the documents that that are required to accompany that application, a COA must be issued ‘immediately’.

Hi F25,

We are in a similar situation, my husband, NON-EU and I applied jointly. Me for EU Certificate and him for Residence card on 1st of July.
On 5th of August he received the request to submit Biometrics which we did the same day.
Now, 2 months later, he has not received any COA. We called HO a lot, emailed the address they gave for COA and nothing. I need to mention that neither for me or for him they have deducted the money from my account.

Can you please give me details ( here or PM) about the way you proceeded with your MP?
