Hello to all

after spend so much time on google to find some information regarding non eu spouse vis to the uk, i have found right place to ask my question,i am sure my question previously had been answered.

I am british citizen working and living in germany since may 2016 and recently my non eu spouse come to live with me in germany as visitor visa and then he is got german residence card for 5 years,

my quistion is

1- when can we apply .EEA family permit.visa to the uk , as we would like to return to home?

2- am i recognize as i have central of life transferred



marriage certificate
my passport
his passport
german residence registration

2 letters of my brother landlord confirmed we are living in the same house
german residence card
work contract
payslips
german health insurance for 2 of us

1) You've only just begun.

Suggest give it a few more months or wait until you have a year under your belts just to make it sure.

2) What has happened to your home in UK - sold off? or rented off?
- anyone left behind there?

How's German language coming along?
Any children in school?

we dont have any children yets,

i were rented flat in the uk. i had to give it back to the landlord when i moved to germany.

yes i can speak german not as i can speak english but my german is ok.

4 months is probably too short especially in present climate (I've had business trips that lasted longer than that).

Sounds like you're doing well enough - suggest give it 6-9 months at least.
