Can EEA(QP) be used for naturalisation instead of EEA(PR)?

I hear that the processing time of EEA(QP) application is much shorter than EEA(PR), therefore do you know whether it could be used to apply for naturalisation as a british citizen, please?

It cannot. For naturalisation you need to hold permanent residence. QP form doesn't lead to that at all.

Its not about processing time.
The holy grail of PR takes 5 years to acquire.
For the privilege of citizenship, EEA nationals need DCPR (their family dependents need PRC) to show they have acquired PR.
