EEA Permanent Residence - Absences

Hi,
I have a related question.
I have been in the UK since 2007 but I want my 5 year PR period to be the one from 2011 - now (full time employment).
I am unsure whether I need to list all my absences from 2007 onwards or just the ones for the past 5 years?
When I called the helpline several people gave me opposing answers (again!).
