EEA PR form sections for qualifying person and wife

Hi there,

I am in a similar situation and have two children. All EEA and have been here over 5 years.

Unclear if I need to fill Section 2 at all?
Would I need to have a section 9 for my wife? She is self-employed.
What about Sections 11, 12?
You mention you have added to copies of Section 19. One for you wife. Is this needed? Would I also need to do this for the kids? (They are too small to sign)

How long will this take? We are planning to travel for Xmas and will need the passports.

Thanks,

To avoid confusion & jumbled responses, I have moved your question to its own thread (this one).

Depends who is applying for DCPR - is it you, your wife, both of you?
Are both parties applying as qualified persons in their own right or is one spouse applying as dependent family member of the other?

Where were children born, in UK or elsewhere?
if fortunate enough to be UK-born they don't need PR.

Parent/guardians sign for minors (under 18).

NCS-type service (trial)...

See http://www.immigrationboards.com/eea-ro ... l#p1401247

Watch timeline threads to gauge timeline. Think 3, 4 - 6 months.
Your mileage may vary.
