Depends if you are a worker qualified person or a student qualified person.
Dig into such vital question here:

By reading through the details , I could understand I would be qualified person but I think it all depends on Case worker , whether they think the same way...

Hi.
If I'm a worker qualified person do I need to put in my application that I was a full time student?

I have seen a lot of messages in this forum expressing the same "it depends on the case worker" belief. I beg to disagree. Just so this is useful for anyone else reading, I'd like to say the following, that could very well be my mantra:
While for non-straightforward applications the case worker does need to be the ultimate judge of the outcome of the application, it is your job as the applicant to avoid falling in that situation (trap) as much as possible. Make life easy for the CW, do your homework, and allow as little room for interpretation as possible.
I obviously don't know your specific circumstances, and given the information in the document above you should be able to figure it out. But just wanted to warn you against the trap.

Thanks Kamoe..
I have done my application about a month ago , so fingers crossed , I have provided the required information and evidence. Hope I will get PR at some point.
And you may right in your point of view but I have known few people personally who had been refused and then granted PR with same information and evidence provided at first place.
Regards
Ani

Which means they left room for interpretation and were refused. They were lucky that the second CW filled the gaps; but that should have been their work, not the CW's.
