i am a indian nationlty .i was submit a relationship appliction in 2014 .my partner she polish national .
some ression Home office refused appliction . i appeal in First Tier . and request to home office for marriage permission . they gave me marriage permission . i get married last year . we been in first tier court for hearing .but refused again .
after we appeal in upper tier court . they send back my case to First Tier for new freash Hearing .
i recived hearing date this year .but we Withdrew appeal .
and made a new appliction to home office . and also requset for my work permisson .few day after i get a latter certificate of application .and also allow to work in uk .
now i am and my wife working full time .
please can you help me what happen next.i put application in july 2016 .so how long they take .
