Turkish worker visa questions

Hi everyone,
I had a few questions about Turkish worker visa (not Turkish Businessperson Visa), and I will be very happy to hear the experiences and knowledge of the members.
1. Is there a minimum salary requirement for the Turkish worker visa applications?
2. While continuing to work in the same job with the same employer after the first year, can you find an extra work and work there as well?
3. What happens if you have to quit working when you are on this visa? Are you allowed to find another job?
