Hello,

Our EEA Family Permit Application for spouse is under process for the last 80 days (12th Week now). Contacting home office or MP didn't improve the things.

Can someone tell me, how many weeks is the home office allowed to take before which they must return our documents back? and if they don't return them within that time then what do I do?

There is no obvious published SLA despite the "asap" clause in relevant legislation.
