Hi All
I have been reading your posts and it is helping a lot to others who reading.
I am a non EEA national having 5 year Residence Card as an Extended Family Member of an EEA National (My sister).
Now my sponsor (sister) wish to cancel her sponsorship due to her personnel family issues. I wish to help her, but I don't know what will happened to my Residence Card?
I am totally upset. Could anyone of you can give any suggestion to me to remain in the UK legally.
Thank you in advance.

What does sister mean by 'cancel' sponsorship?
Is she leaving UK?
or is she not able or prepared to support you any more?
How long have you been in UK?
how long have you had EFM RC?
Unfortunately if you no longer have a sponsor then, as an EFM, there is no basis (on EU route) on which to remain in UK;
that is if you have not yet acquired PR.
To stay you would have to transfer to another Union citizen sponsor. Or else switch to a UK domestic visa.

Thank you Noajthan
My sister is still living in UK. but she doesn't want to sponsor me due to her family issues.
I have been here in UK since 2001. My all asylum claims were exhausted. In 2009 I got first 5 years RC. Then I tried to get PR. But lack of supporting documents to prove income, The Court gave me another 5 years of RC.
I am already 50 years and I couldn't joint with my wife who is living another country.
Thanks

Most unfortunate.
Is sister an EEA national?
Whose income was lacking in first confirmation of PR case? - sisters?
When did you become a dependent? Just in 2009?
Are you supported financially or by living in same household?
Does sister have any 5 year period since you became dependent on her during which her income was adequate so as to be considered a qualified person?
- if not then you have no basis to be sponsored by sister whether she wants to continue or not.
And if sister does not yet have PR status (and has no other sponsor for herself) then her position in UK seems unsafe too.
If there is a suitable 5 year period then suggest you apply for confirmation again. Can you get the evidence?

Hi Noajthan
My sister is a French national. I am in the same household and depend on her.
She has a disabled child that's why she cannot work full time and she only earns from the tuition.
She works as a self employee and earns around 300 pounds per month. she is getting benefits too.

I have another question too.
She have filled her tax returns properly. If I can submit new PR application, do I need to submit her bank statement also.
Is bank statements are mandatory for self employed persons?

Well unfortunately if sister isn't exercising treaty rights fully and properly she can't really sponsor you.
On current income sister/sponsor would fail UK's MET/PET test and that would trigger a more rigorous investigation by HO to decide whether they agree she is classed as a qualified person.
And sister's own position in UK may be in question too. More information would be needed to form a final conclusion on that matter but drawing benefits doesn't help the case

Yes, bank statements would help support sister/sponsor's case to be a qualified person.
