PLEASE How Can i Request a SAR for PR...

As i want to apply soon for PR, i was ordering to get all border informations that UKVI/HO held on me
1. How i can do it ?

here is my case i been marriage with eu citizen from jul/2011 to may/2015 (when divorce was done)
i did retained my residence card in may 2016 (been sending docs to HO almost one yr to prove that i was working since i did my divorce all cos i was self-employed).
here is my employment history
07/07/2011 to 10/10/2011
04/07/2011 to 07/10/2011
08/01/2012 to 11/11/2012
As im self-employed too: ( I GOT MY TAXS RETURNS FOR ALL THE FOLLOWING YARS)
2012 to 2013
2013 to 2014
2014 to 2015
2015 to 2016
At the moment im still self-employed.
2.when I CAN apply for my Permanent Residence Card?
and also when apply for British Citizen based on above informations?
