Please Advise.
I made an extended family member application as the younger brother of an EU citizen. And I was recently refused, the reason been "The home office does not accept affidavit as birth certificate" at the time of application our birth certificate was not available, That was why I sworn affidavit for the application. But we just received the original birth certificate from our home country. And I am planning for a new application. Is there any other documents I need to attach to the application? Please suggest if there is any. Thank you s.

The home office only mentioned the affidavit on the refusal letter and went further to say I may which to reapply if I get the correct document. I don't know if they changed the requirement again regarding birth certificate. That why am asking. Thanks for the prompt reply

BC should be original. Plus official/professional translated copy if not in English or Welsh.
