Hello again everyone!

I am an EEA national ang I applied for DCPR. Last week I requested for my passport to be returned and I received it today. I will be using my passport to travel with my non EEA husband who has residence certificate. The passport came with a letter saying that if a non EEA is travelling, he should apply for family permit before entering the UK. Is this also applicable to us? I am the only one applying for PR and not including my husband. I am confused because they should know that I am the only one applying and why mention non EEA in the letter. Please help.
