Hi, A little advice,

My son has bought 3 rural properties in Spain and lives in one of them while he is doing renovations and rebuilding.
However he now informs me he is illegal there due to him not having residency, to get this he needs to prove an income of a set amount.
He does part time teaching and some internet site work very little income but enough for him to get by and fix his properties. What is is his situation as I am informed that he cannot live there now legally without the proof of a set income. Any advice please

And your nationality and residence status?
