I am German national. I am living in UK since 6 years. I am working fulltime and I have permanent residence status. My nephew is member of my household from Pakistan and now he is living with me as student in UK. He is dependable on me from Pakistan and still. I want to know that is he eligible for residence card according to Directive 2004/38/EC (EEA regulations 2006) or not. Kindly give me information that can I apply for his first residence card as extended family member of EEA national.

Thank you very much for your reply. I am working fulltime since January 2009 till now. I have document certifying permanent residence from Home office. I was sending money to my nephew from UK to Pakistan through western Union since two years and I have receipt of Western Union. I paid his student visa fee and tuition fee for his college by direct debit and I have my bank statement showing that I paid such fee for my nephew. You can mods move this topic to the EEA Route Applications forum and please guide me.
