Hope you guys can Help.

I am an EEA National living in UK with my Husband whos NON-EEA National.

We got Married May 2012, Applied EEA2 July 2012 and got RP IN Oct 2012.

My Question is when can we apply for EEA4? May 2017, July 2017 or Oct 2017 ?

May 2017, assuming that the EEA spouse have exercised treaty rights without a break and maintained continuity of residence in the UK for that period.
