My question sounds silly but i cant find answer to it.

Is Non-eea Family member PR residance gives me same rights as ILR(settled person)?

Will i able to sponsor my non-eea wife?

1. Yes, PR/ILR is effectively the same thing, i.e Settled Status.

2. You can sponsor a spouse under the UK Immigration rules if you meet all the requirements. Obviously provided you are not married to your EU sponsor and your current marriage took place after a divorce absolute was issued if you were married to an EU citizen.
