Hi my PR application was refused and appeal was granted and lodged on July 2016 the reason for refusal was 1.insufficient evidence of my wife exercising treaty rights. 2 immigration came to our house to locate a resident long left uk and they didn't see my wife at that time while she was at work they raise concern about the genuiness of my marriage thought I got married in 2008 and marriage ever since and this marriage is genuine and real. My question is that my appeal is. Wing lodged for oral hearing . My question is 1. How long I have to wait some people says more then 12 months? If that's the case getting a letter from local MP in regards of processing my case fast will it help ? 2. I have got proof of all the neational insurance contributions from HMRC for my wife emoloyements and it showes they been paid every year for last 9 years will it help? 3. Me and my wife are going for oral hearing with out solicitor to prove and answer any sort of questions of HO . Any advice in this regard will be munch appreciated.

Welcome.

1) Several months, maybe a year.
Letter may help. But unlikely.

2) Its a start.
