Hi,

I am italian and I am working in UK from less than 6 months, full time.

My girlfriend is from Belarus (met many times in trip, but not lived togheter for a long period) and she is trying to reach me in UK in any possible way.

1) Initially she can do a 3 months english course. What kind of visa does she need? (Obv a short term student visa, but I see this is long 6 months; can she stay the others 3 months too?)

2) Is the marriage the easiest way? Where (Belarus, Italy, UK)?

3) Optional: is there any other way? (i think no)

Yes, but only if it is the 3 months before the course. The short term student rules require that she intends to leave the UK at the end of her studies.
