Dear all,

I have received my documents back with decision letter dated 18 january 2 weeks ago but I still haven't received my Biometric card.
It has been way over 10 working days since decision was made. Should I be concerned?
I wrote to the department in charge of issuing the card but didn't hear back.
Has anyone been in a similar situation ?

Have you tried emailing the HO here?

If it has just been two weeks the ten working days will have just been up fingers crossed it turns up Monday for you.

Thanks MrSlyFox. I have followed all these steps and now I am just waiting. I was just wondering if that was usual practice from ukvi.
