Hi,

I am in the middle of applying for permanent residency. I have been living and working in the UK for 10 continuous year. I have lost 2 of my P60s.
My employers do not have them anymore.

Can I send all pay slip for the P60 I lost or do I need an employment history from the HMRC (up to 8 weeks to receive it??

Thank you in advance for your help,

You only need to send evidence for 5 continuous years, and these need not to be the latest 5 years. It can be any 5 consecutive years as long as, after those 5 years, you have not been outside of the UK for 2 consecutive years (or after which there isn't any gap on P60s for more than 2 consecutive years).

So it all comes down to which P60s you are missing.
