First of all, I'm sorry if you mind about similar post. You guys are very helpful and i really need someone advise please? I'm very worried about my passport as i did not receive it after got my RC with the all supportive documents. My passport was hold by HO after my tier4 visa was refused in 2014. My wife is eu national and she has received her passport with all the rest documents. I book the tickets to travel back with my wife but i did not receive my passport which is still valid.

Can someone please help or advise me how can i get my passport back? I tried online but it asked for withdraw or not withdraw application options but i have already received my RC with the rest documents except my (non eu) passport? Thanks a lot!

Thank you very much for your advise dear. I was just very worried because i called them first so they said you should get it with the return of supportive documents which i have already received except of my passport missing. They were not too helpful after that. I'll wait few working days as i have to travel within 2 weeks. Thanks again dear

Ok bro thanks i am just stress because once HO mess up something then it become long process to sort out the things.

Call to HO on 22/02/2017 and they asked to wait until unknown date.


RC: Received by 1 March 2017 (27/02/2017) and returned all documents on the same day after few hours except my passport missing. Wish you good luck bro!
