EEA PR APPLICATION-student working part time question

Hi
I would be grateful if someone could help me with the following. I have been living and working in the UK for over 5 years, during that time I spent 9 months been a postgraduate student. At the time I was also working on an ad-hoc basis as well (have payslips to support that and was taxed for that year). I did not have CSI at the time. Do you think the PR can be refused on the basis that I did not have CSI?
My time line is as follows:
Dec 2011-August 2014: working full time
September 2014-July 2015: student and working part time
August 2015- January 2017:working full time
Many thanks
