I believe that you are required to submit proof that your ex wife was exercising treaty rights at the time of the divorce. Without it, you will likely struggle to retain rights.

CR001 : I was wondering if the NON EEA only knows if they are employed or self employed but dont have any evidance of that, does that leave any room for discretiion. i remember reading somewhere that the case worker can pull the recrords from HMRC should somebody have issues exactly as mentioned in this post?

RKOHDI:
If worst came to the worst you can apply on the basis of your current relationship right? unmarried partners having to live with each other for 2 years. Morderators can correct me if i am wrong.

Thanks
