Permanent Residence Card Lost - Renewal

Hi guys,
I have been a job interview in a school yesterday. They took my documents for copying. When they gave me, I found after a while that I haven`t got my permanent residence card, went back to school said them and they could not find it.
If I have to apply renewal permanent residence card how long will take it to get it? Because I need to travel in 3 weeks.
