ok let me explain the all story.
my name is dirad and i am non eu citizan .
i came in uk 9-2009 as student visa . i done my

M.B.A .

as new story i got married with eu girl 02-2012 and
with marriage certificate job letter and all Procees
i got .

5 year visa which i got it 05-2013 till 05-2018 .

so 05-2018 is doc renewed time which i am
assuming.

But in that time i got porblem with my wife and
i got divorced in 12 -2016 .
I got digree From cort .

so now i gonna write again so it's easy for you

came in uk /09-2009
getting merrier / 02-2012
got visa 5 year. / 05-2013 to 05-2018
got divorc digree. / 12-2016

so now i got so many questions if some one really
help me

in this case i been 5 to 6 solicitor but not
satisfied at all.
every solicitors got different advice .
so bit confus my self if you gays can help me .

now x wife she not ready to give job evidence .

even i dont have any relationship whit her
now .


i got her old pay sleep and job letter .

in 3 year she didn't do continued job she got gap
in her employment history [ which i full fill with
self employment ]

but other way as i know she did ask any Job seeker
till 7-2016 {till i apply divorce}
and I applyed divorce at that time 07-2016

got so many questions

(1) sould i need to notifications h.o about my
divorce ????

(2) do i need to apply retundancy resident card
now ???


(3) if not still got 1 year validity of my visa.
can i travel to my home country ?

(4 ) if i gonna apply p.r after 5 year do i need to
attached my x wife doc?

(5) i got 3 year relationship history bank statement
tenancy agreement . gp letter and all still i
needed all work history? (i got pay sleep not all .
and 07-2016 I don't about work and benefits and all)


(6) is p.r is risky might be its change they could
reject my p.r application ???

(7) can i switch to other category? (if yes then
i can go for 10 year route p.r )? because 09-2019
10 year should be complet.

(8)and now my girl friend got students visa
can I apply dependent visa on her behalf so
i can register our marriage ? (if i can go for
10 year p.r route because she is non eu citizen )?
