Permanent Residence Document - Gap Year Student

Hello,
I have a few questions surrounding the Permanent Residence Document.
https://www.gov.uk/eea-registration-cer ... -residence
As I understand it, I need to have lived in the UK for 5 years as a 'qualified person'.
I entered in 2003 and I've been a student since but I had a gap year recently.
These are academic years.
2003-04 - Primary School
2004-09 - Secondary School
2009-12 - College
2012-13 - University
2013-14 - Dropped out / Gap Year / Unemployed
2014-17 - University
Do I qualify for a PR document based on the early years? (2003-2013)
