Hello, first of all don't even know if I could get help here and if it's even the right forum section my dearest apologize if it's not.

I am trying to fill the application for the card however not even GOV want to help me on the phone. The first question asked me about activity in UK and if I work for UK employer I selected Yes Than next Question asked me for evidence of employment within a UK employer:
If the employment details that you have provided cover your continuous 5-year qualifying period, can you provide P60 and/or P45 tax certificates from your UK employer(s) for this whole period?(Required)
Your 'qualifying period' can be any continuous five-year period where you've been in the UK and exercising your Treaty rights (in this case, working). If you can provide P60 and/or P45 tax certificates, this will save you from having to provide other evidence of living in the UK during this period, such as utility bills or bank statements. The problem is that I have only one year of employment history as I was in full time education and I am 11 years in UK non stop. the answers I can give are only Yes / No and not applicable. Not sure which one to select and I do not want to make any mistakes.

Thank you for your help in advance.

Were you with your parents in the UK during the time of your full-time education?
Did you have CSIC during that time?

Not sure what CSIC is :( but yes I was living with my parents all that time here we moved permanently here when I was 12/13. Unfortunately I have no other "Status's" if this is what you mean. I have only NI number NHS number and all basics. and certificates of graduating for high school - 6th for and UCAS University acceptation letters.

You may have acquired PR as a family member of a parent who was a qualified person for at least 5 years in the UK.

Have your parents applied for confirmations of PR too? It may be easier to apply together.

Just asked my parents and unfortunatelly they were not very good with this and they haven't done anything like that neither for themselves or myself. The only thing I hold and pay for is NIN and now as I started to work the pension.

What are your nationalities?

If your dad is an EEA (non-British) national, then it should be easy. Your dad was apparently a qualified person for at least 5 years. Your mother may be as well. Your dad should have acquired PR after 5 years. Your mother and yourself may also have acquired PR as family members too. Therefore, the whole family may apply for confirmations of PR.

So would I have to fill in a different form application now as the family member ? or continue the application I am filling now ? Will my parents need any documents for that, because my mom says they didn't receive any documentation or proof of PR. I am sorry for playing so stupid is just too much to handle now and with the pressure of leaving EU and fear of being send back to Poland scares me as my life is here now.

That's okay then. You should be eligible for PR as a family member of qualified parents.

If you have been in the UK since age 12/13, then you may have acquired PR before you were 21.

Because the whole issue with my application process was that the question asked me if I can provide P45/P60 proof of me living 5 years and working in UK which I as mentioned don't have because of my education history So i didn't know if I should choose answer No or Not applicable or Yes.

or if I should go back with my application and Highlight that I haven't worked in UK and see what it will ask me next. I am very confused about this they could made the application a bit more informative or at least help when you call home office

If your dad was working continuously, with WRS in his initial year, then it's likely that he automatically acquired PR after his first 5 years of residence and working in the UK. It's likely that you also automatically acquired PR as a child with him too. After acquiring PR, you don't lose it, unless you spend more than two years outside the UK.

If you want to qualify for PR on your own, then you also need CSIC while you were a student as you have been working less than 5 years.
