We get married November 2012. I got my EEA card febuary 2013. Now our marriage is 4 years completed but we are not happy with this relationship. If I got divorce from my EEA national wife and getting non EEA national girl from Bangladesh ans bring in uk.

You can only sponsor a non-EU spouse once you have ILR or PR.

You will clearly be entitled to divorce if you so choose.
All being equal, you will not be able to sponsor anyone until November 2017.
