Permanent residence and back dated self employment

Hello everyone,

Would you please let me know dear experts what you think if someone applies on the basis of back dated self employment ( registered for self employment 4 years after trading and paid late penalties and charges )

I believe on the paper work sent to the Home Office will be possible to see back dated late charges and
late submission of tax return and accounts ( The Home Office will be able to see it was back dated)
and in the light of current political situation they may simply refuse on the grounds " I DO NOT BELIEVE
in GENUINE SELF EMPLOYMENT )????
THEY SIMPLY CHECK THE DATES and they MAY SAY someone set it us as deliberate ???

ALTHOUGH the self employment was genuine -- without BUSINESS ACCOUNT as self employed not necessarily
must have one.
BUT I KNOW ABOUT THE PEOPLE THAT APPLIED ON TIME AND HAVE DONE ON TIME AND ALSO WERE REALLY SELF EMPLOYED AND WERE REFUSED ON VARIOUS GROUNDS, that is why this thing makes us worried.

I got a feeling that.

Best option on this forum to reregister and paraphrase the question and ask as new comer the same questions ?
Why does it work better this way on the forum ?
