EU citizen - Studied and worked for total of 6.5 years

Hello all,
I wonder if someone has a similar situation so I can get some info. I am:
EU citizen - Greece
Studied from Sept 2010=sept 2011
Looked for a job from oct 2011- May 2012 ( for the gap I have interview setups, applications etc) I have had my own flat with a signed contract in the meantime.
May 2012 - July 2012 --> 1st internship
November 2012 - March 2013 -->second internship
April 2013 - Present --> non- stop full time worker
*During my studies and internships I had a private medical insurance from Greece from 2010-2012 and because it's old I doubt I can find evidence (I might be able to get though if I insist). other than that I had no other health insurance.
Do you think I'm eligible for the UK residence card? Please do let me know if any question.
