Single mum eea citizen claiming IS want to apply for EEA(QP)

Hello, everyone! I am a EU national
I came to the U.K. 2015, I was working till I became pregnant, unfortunatelly, my baby´s father and broke up.(very complicate long history...) and now I am a eea single mum with a 5 months old baby girl.
11 weeks before the birth I stop working (since then I am getting HB and IS). Now I start to work again but only 4 hours per week, I hope to get more work hours(then I can stop the IS) in the moment I am getting CTC and CB. I did not wanted to claim any kind of benefits as a immigrant, but my situation went from bad to worst, that why I did not have other choice to do so.
I would like to apply for a EEA(QP) because of the BREXIT.
my concern is because i stop to work a few months, I am claiming benefits and now I am only working 4 hours per weeks. Can I apply for QR? If yes, what should I consider? Which document will I need? before I forget, I live in a flat providing from the council (temporaly accommmodation for threatened homelessness) is so complex.
I hope someone can help me with some advice.
