My story is..

Eu citizen arrived in uk 3 june 2016
Received NI num on 22 june 2016
Qualified person as self employed from 16 nov 2016 till present.

My question is i am planning to go pakistan for 3..4 months,in these months shall i be qualified person?
And second question is what is consecutive year,when it starts for me?

No need to be a qualified person while you are absent from the UK.

I presume you mean when your qualifying period of five continuous years starts. That would be from when you started working.

If you were job-seeking before that, and you can prove it (emails to recruiters, job applications, calls to job interviews, etc,), you can include that period as well.

So from 16 nov 2016 to 16 nov 2017 i can live 6 months as qualified person in uk then next 6 months in pakistan?

Yes, as you are an EEA citizen, you can.
