Hi guys! Do you recommend, as husband and wife, to apply for a individual application for each or together on same application. Does it make any difference? Just thinking, if in case if the EEA PR will be refused for one of us the other one might get it, or not? Some light in this matter is greatly appreciated. Regards

It doesn't matter how you apply but if the EU sponsor fail automatically the non EU also will fail also and that is the key.
Good Luck

Hello Tosin2017
You and your partner are both EU?

Then if you intend to use same form and you are both EU national one person has to be the main applicant and the rest will be under him/her and that is what sponsor mean.
The best thing is to apply separately if you are both EU national and you believed you have very strong evidence to show your treaty right for any continuous 5yrs you may choose out 9yrs you have been in UK.
TRICKY BIT.
IF ANYONE OF YOU DOESN'T HAVE STRONG 5 YEARS TREATY RIGHT, EXAMPLE (EMPLOYMENT GAPS) THAT PERSON SHOULD BE A DEPENDANT UNDER THE MAIN APPLICANT WHO HAS A VERY STRONG POSITION OF SUCCESS IN YOUR PR. I E DOCUMENTS WISE. WITH THIS METHOD BOTH WILL GET IT.
GOOD LUCK
