Please i need advice me
my name is tinu , below is my story
1, i enter uk in 2010 as ( tinu shade smith) dob (01/03/1980)and my fingerprint is taken at uk embassy in my country and at the entry airport in uk
2, i change my name to (tinu kemi smith) dob (01/03/1985) on my passport at my country embassy in uk
3, I apply eea resident via my ex husband and get 5 years in 2011
4,divorced 2015 and get retain right of resident another 5 years in 2015 which will expiry 2020
5, now i what to apply for PR and the HO now required fingerpint
What can i do because when fingerprint is done only the first details in 2010 will show , please i will appreciate your advice

You should have fixed this BEFORE coming to the UK or once done, notify HO as it is a fundamental change and HO might now think that you have two different identities.

Please what can I do now but am thinking as the uk law that the fingerprints are automatically removed after 10 years, I came in at march 2010 and by march 2020 it's will be 10 years and visa expired October 2020
