Hi My partner is EEA national doing job in Lidl as part time worker less than 20 hours week is that ok. if she work continous for 5 year to acquire the PR.

Part time work is fine, provided it is genuine and effective.

As UK is leaving the EU on 29th March 2019, not sure if opportunity will arise for PR rights to be acquired.
