I've been reading similar posts but I'm still confused. For a DCPR as a direct family member (daughter) under 21 but over 18 of my father, can he add me directly as a family member to his application? Or does he have to make his own application and if he receives his PR card, later I have to make my own application with him as my sponser? I am an EEA national by the way.

I should also mention my dad is applying from 2009 onwards so he should have acquired PR in 2014 and I was 18 under then.

Sorry for another post, but to clarify can he add me in his application in section 1 subsection c (Family members included in your application)?
