how to get married from my EEA Citizen 'german'

please i`need your help and advises.
i`have been in relationship with my German partner for more than 7 years.but we are not living together.
but keeps visiting me in Egypt once every year.
otherwise we always talking day and night on viber whatsapp or skype.etc..
now we decided to get married and we almost done with all the required docs from my side and her side.
but today we had the sucking news that she only have 14 days notice to leave her job and we need anyone to tell us what to do or we dont have chance anymore till she get another job?
