Hi
I would like to know know when I can be able to apply for EEA(PR)/4. I hold at the moment the EEA2. I am an non EEA, I have been living with my partner for since August 2010 and in June 2013 we had the civil partnership, then I later applied for the EEA2 which was granted in November 2013 which expires November 2018. I would like to know when is it possible for me to apply for the EEA4 (PR), is June 2018 or November 2018 or can I apply now. My partner is French and he just applied for his PR this year and it was granted now in April 2017. He has a French passport. We both have full time jobs.

Does that mean I need to send my application on the day of anniversary of the civil partnership or can I send my application any time in the month when we had the ceremony. We had our ceremony on the 20th June, so can I apply early June or it has to be after the 20th June 2018

Hello there,
I am Polish and my husband is Indian. We got married April 2012 in India. My husband got his Visa EEA FP in June 2012 and then got his RESIDENCE CARD OF A FAMILY MEMBER OF AN EEA NATIONAL valid until February 2018. I got my PR in February 2017. We will apply for his PR : EEA4. When is the time we should apply? Is it any time after June 2017, or 28 days before his Permanent Residece Card is finished?
Thank you

After the fifth anniversary of your husband's arrival in the UK on the EEA FP.

The 28 day in advance rule applies only to applications under the UK Immigration Rules and not to EEA route applications.
