EEA(FM) 7 months now

Hello, I'm an EEA national and my wife is from outside the EEA.

We applied to the EEA(FM) around 06/10/16 via our solicitor(we got an application refused before as they said that we didn't send enough proof of work, even that I was working and sent bank statements, payslips and letter from employer...), this time we sent a lot of proof, all the bank statements and payslips since we arrived in the uk and another letter from my employer.
It's the second application and we waited 7 months now and we don't know what to do as we called the, sent letter, asking to prioritise our case as it's over delayed and they just said to us to wait...
My wife could lose her job as her employer wants to see her visa. My solicitor said he can't do nothing, just wait. I'm freaking out.

Anyone know what to do? I saw on the timeline topic and some people from November are already receiving their residence card, I don't know what we are going to do if they refuse again :(
Thank you.

Thank you for the reply zazzi. I've sent an email to my MP yesterday... I didn't receive any reply yet.

Anyone know how long does it takes to the MP reply?

Don't expect an 'immediate' response.

You might wait a while due to the fact that parliament has now dissolved for the summer and the work and stuff being done for the General Election next month.
