EEA Family Permit - Problem about the appointment

Me and my wife are currently living in China. I am French. My wife is Russian. I got a new job in UK. I am goint to start at the end of June.
We plan to go to UK on June 5th. Then my wife applied for a EEA family permit on internet. During the process the statement "Appointment is not required" appeared. When she finished the process and submit the application she received a confirmation email. The email requests us to go to appointment at "the address below" but no address below. And she doesn't have any date for appointment.
We are a bit lost now. We identified 2 options :
- We wait for a potential other email for appointment
- We go through all the process again and apply for the EEA family permit again.
Did anyone experience the same problem? Could you give us any advice?
