I got refused for EEA retain right of residence but i am now got married with person who has settled status in uk can u aply for FLR M visa within uk.

What were the grounds of refusal for the RoR? When was the decree absolute for your marriage to your EEA ex-spouse issued?
As for your current marriage, how does that person have settled status in the UK? Is s/he a British citizen or does s/he have ILR or PR or is s/he an Irish citizen?
Also, request to the mods: can this message be moved to the EEA-Route Applications forum?
