Can i apply for permanent residence card after stay in UK ?
or i am eligible for PR after 5 years of my residence card

You are eligible for PR after five continuous years exercising treaty rights (if you're an EEA national) or after being in the UK for five years while the family member of an EEA national who was exercising treaty rights.
You don't have to have a Residence Card to apply for a Permanent Residence Card or a DCPR, and even if you do have one, the date of issue of the card isn't important. PR is acquired five years from the day you first qualified by either exercising treaty rights (EEA) or being the family member of someone who was doing so (non-EEA).
There are some other little nuances, so it might be helpful if you detail your situation for others here to have a look at.
