I'm of the opinion that we need one with just timelines.
Format :
Applied for : application type (EEAFM/EFM/PR) on xx date
Refusal received : Date
Appealed on : Date
Hearing date : Date
Determination received on : Date
Brief history or summary of rejection and court ruling (no more than 250 words)
Mods feel free to remove this if you think it's unnecessary.
