Hello,I am new on the site and I am not shoure which topic to chose.(and sorry for my english).I use to be a Self Employed and employed alternative for 3 years and after that, two years ago I must stoped working because of the sickness and now I am on ESA in Support group.I also have a son which is still 21 years old until November this year and his a student from 2 years. We doesn't know abouth the Comprehensive Sickness Insurance(like almost everyone),but I understud that until he reach 21 years old he can apply like a children under my care or something...?The problem is that he have 5year residency just in 30 July(from when I can proove it) and he make 21 year in Nov.I understud that the application can last 6 months until the response? What should I do and what chance do whe have to receive the residency?Thank you in advance for your answers!

My situation is look to be quite complicated.I have five years of residece in which for 3 years I was Self employed and employed. Two years ago,I was forced by illnes to quit my job and live from benefits(ESA in Support group). My son is a student from two years, without having the Comprehensive sickness insurance(how could we know?).I have find some hope from the fact that he is still under 21 year old untill November.
Can someone help me know if do I have any chance to obtain the PR card?
If I send the application form in August when my son is still 20 year old but the waiting time for a decision to be take can be 6 month and in meantime my son is turning 21.He should make CSInsurance from now?
My son ,he will have five years of residency just in 30 July.
Should I wait until then?
What Residency form should I download for me with my son included?
Thank you.

It would help if you tell some background about yourself, nationality, current residence etc. If your are talking about UK, maybe a mod might be willing to move the thread to the right section. Hope you get some help soon.
