Student/Worker Permanent Residency application

Hello,
I am applying for a PR card in Glasgow, Scotland. I came here from Lithuania to study and my parents were supporting me financially for a few years. The application mentions that I need to provide documents for the sponsor.
Does that mean I would need to collect all of the documents for my parents, including proof of residence in Lithuania, proof of their income and so on or do I just have to submit my bank statements to prove that I was self-sufficient and a letter from my parents confirming that they have supported me and for how long?

Did you hold Comprehensive Sickness Insurance (CSI) throughout your time as a student

I am in the middle of getting that information, but it should be the case as I only declared that I left Lithuania in 2015. And if I am not, how would that change the situation?
Another question is, if I was not covered, let's say, would I still be able to get PR card if I paid off all of my voluntary National Insurance contributions?

Any period as a student/self-sufficient without CSI won't be calculated for your qualification of PR.

No.
You can't make payments retrospectively

No.

Alright, thank you so much for the answers. Could you also let me know how national insurance works for volunteers? e.g. I left Uni in July and volunteered until October, then got a paid position with the same company. Would that mean I had to have CSI as well during this period or was I covered by the company?

My understanding is that as an unpaid volunteer the company wouldn't have been making any NIC payments during your time with them and you would have continued to require CSI.
